中心具有總面積2萬平米的技術檢測試驗中心，擁有整車試驗室、控制系統試驗室、驅動系統試驗室、電機系統試驗室、電池系統試驗室和零部件系統試驗室等6個新能源汽車試驗室和1個小型的試車跑道（包含搓板路和涉水跑道）。

The center has a technical testing center with a total area of 20,000 square meters, with vehicle laboratory, control systems laboratory, drive systems laboratory,motor system laboratory,the battery system laboratory and component systems laboratory and other laboratory, six test rooms for new energy vehicle and a small test track (including washboard road and wading runway).
